Sultana Raisins (also known as Sultana) have a delicate and unique flavour. With a large colour scale ranging from light to dark with various size options, they differ from other raisins because of their lighter colour and sweeter taste. The Sultanas Raisins are obtained from Thompson Seedless White Grapes. Our Sultanas Raisins are Double laser, X-ray sorted and handpicked under the BRC quality system.
They are available in two quality classes: Grade AA or Grade AAA – RTU* Grade.

Where to use it
Grapes commonly used for drying are table grapes, which have more tender skin, rich flavour and high sugar content.
