The Sour Cherry Concentrate is produced from natural matured sound sour cherry, extracted by multiple press filtering to reach the desired thickness and Brix. It has a sour-sweet subtle natural flavour.
There is no use of preservatives, additives, sulphating agents, or artificial flavours in the process, and the nutrients and goodness are preserved.
